All of these articles are here say. They quote laws not pertaining to this case. These articles actually quote laws meant for a totally different instance. This is where this entire thing has gone awry. This case has to do with the guardian's right to refuse any further treatment for their spouse because that is what the person would have wanted. I know there are questions concerning Schiavo and her wishes. I know there are hundreds of other allegations concerning the hospice, the judge, the mistress, the accident, etc. But Florida has a legal problem where this type of situation has never been legislated for or against.
