Does Greer have the authority to pardon those who are killing Terri? From a legal point of view, what prevents the county or state from prosecuting hospice workers for murdering Terri? And Mike and Greer for conspiracy to commit murder?

The people at the hospice aren't doing anything currently illegal. If it's made illegal later they can't be charged for it. Ex post facto and all.

Excuse my disdain for your reply, but the question you pose stems from sheer ignorance. You are saying that the people who are following the laws handed down from the state legislature and upheld by the judges are now murderers, and it is that same mindset that gives our party a bad name, and the left the power to expose it. Having an opinion of remorse and sorrow for this woman is shared throughout the U S, but calling for a witch hunt without legal basis is absurd. This situation is terribly sad, but the incoherent stance of people like you is frustrating to all.
