The way I read the Congressional bill, it intended for a brand new trial in Federal court. The Schindler's attorneys are STILL raising constitutional issues that are pathetically weak instead of trying to have a new trial on the facts.

The problem isn't with the Constitution or a violation of the Americans with Disabilites Act. It's with the facts. If there is any wrath to be directed to anyone, start with David Gibbs.
