Repeal of judicial immunity would require that the legislature pass a bill and the executive sign it into law. I have no doubt that the judiciary would do their best to derail the effort, but the legislature--at the federal level anyway--has the authority to deny the judiciary authority to rule upon any law. I don't expect to see this happen anytime soon. Legislators are typically lightweights and executives typically will never stick their necks out. My guess is that it will be up to the people to revolt to bring our government back under control.
