You're correct! That is a good source and I have bookmarked it.
While I was at the site - I found this:
"A motion to remove Michael Schiavo as guardian, citing his failure to comply with Florida Law mandated guardianship requirements. This motion dates back to November of 2002, but the court has never ruled on it."
This is more than enough to reopen the case.

What really got me was how a lowlife asst. State Attorney, Bernie McCabe, for Pasco/Pinellas counties could have an FDLE investigation stopped. Stuff like that is totally unprecedented and the agents are ready and willing to be subpoenaed accd. to the Empire Journal piece.
This thing has so many links it boggles the mind.
