So far as I know, murder is a crime, even if the victim is willing. God said, "Thou shall not kill".

Isn't that why Kervorkian is in jail? After all that is what assisted suicide is.

I had not thought of this. Krevorkian could probably request a new trial if the Judicial that sentenced him does exactly what he did.
