My spouse will follow my wishes. As will mine.
To: ContraryMary
1. My spouse wont have to "follow my wishes" as I have a NOTORIZED LIVING WILL laying out what those wishes are.
2. I'm not saying he should be removed as guardian because of "allegations" that can't stand up to scrutiny. I am saying he should be removed as guardian because he has a CLEAR and OBVIOUS conflict of interest in the form of two flesh & blood children he has SPAWNED with another women, whom it seems he is eager to marry, BUT he cant because "oops" He's still married!
If Terri Shciavo were NOT in a hospice... if she was a happy healthy 40 year old woman, and suddenly turned up dead, the police would certainly want to know if Mike was having an affair (let alone had two children by another women) because it is MOTIVE to kill your spouse!!! Is it EVIDENCE of wrongdoing? No, but its enough to say "Sorry pal, you gave up your right to decide whether she lives or dies."
