No he didn't. He went to court to resolve a family dispute, which is how our system works. It does not allow for the Government, i.e. Congress, Governors and the President, to get involved in a single case when we don't like the outcome.
BTW, I am not arguing "KILL TERRI". I am not part of any death squad, or national culture of death or any of that. I am simply making the argument that this case has followed state and national law as it sits. If you do not agree with how the laws are, then do something to change them.

National law says that no state can deprive a citizen of life without due process of law. That is used to give convicted felons on death row access to federal courts. And the "cruel and unusual punishment" phrase in the 8th amendment would prevent that felon from being starved to death. Are you saying that the law protects a felon better than a disabled woman? That's not very equal protection.
