Yes, AZ, you are wrong. Conservatives do believe in limited government. Accordingly, we disagree with one branch of government (the judiciary) using UNLIMITED power to kill an innocent woman. I take it, in your view of limited government, when your son-in-law beats the heck out of your daughter, the police should not intervene because that's a "private matter" in which the "limited" government should not intervene.
Excellent point!
BTW, how long were Michael the bigamist and Terri married before this tragedy happened? Counting back, she should have been about 26 when this happened. How long had they been married?
To add to your point with a question: Hasn't the government stepped in to demand treatment for children when the parents (legal guardians) refused treatment for their children because of religions beliefs?
I seem to remember hearing this in the news but cannot site a specific case right now.
Here's where you've taken a leave of your senses.
When liberals are in the White House everyone on this site, including me, were MAD AS HELL about the feds getting into family business.
Now, most of you think it's okay because our GUYS are in control.
What you fail to realize is you're just as bad as the liberals. It's not about our team v. their team, it's about big government v. limited government.
That's what our entire conservative fight is about. As soon as you stop playing the R v D game and start holding everyone...including your GUY accountable, then we'll get better representation.
Until that day you'll continue to give the left and the right reasons to pander and reasons to make excuses.
