For those of you who are getting tired of the Lamestream media quoting polls showing that the majority of people favor Killing Terri, feel free to add your own examples of polls that were way off favoring the 'politically correct' viewpoint when the outcomes of elections show that they were WAY OFF!!!

Hey, many at DU insist he really is the President, except for the ones who insist that Al Gore is.

Proposition 200 in Arizona was repeatedly described as racist and anti-hispanic and anti-immigrant.

It won 47% of the Hispanic vote.

Interestingly, whenever the MSM refers to that embarrassing statistic they usually say "over 40%". Why would the not say "over 45%" or say "almost 50%"?

Well, for starters, Michelle Malkin has taken the ABC poll on Terri Schiavo to the woodshed, and it has been posted on FR here. That's an excerpt, though, so if you want to leap right to the column, here it is.

Other Polls that were obviously wrong either by vitrue of recent election outcomes or factual rebuttal:

- A majority of Americans wanted Congress to Reauthorize the "Assault Weapons" Ban.

- Exit polls predicted that John Kerry would win the 2004 Election.

- Voter News Service exit polling predicted a landslide for Al Gore in the 2000 Presidential Election.

- Bill Clinton's approval rating never dropped much below 60%, and yet he never received a popular majority of the votes cast.

I could go on and on, but I think everyone has gotten the point by now....
