Jeb and Judge Greer must call out the National Guard!

This type of barbarism must be stopped at all costs!

"Jeb and Judge Greer must call out the National Guard!"

What would Jeb's calling out the Florida National Guard have to do with cows in Ohio?

I'm sorry about the cows and all that, but this case points up a growing phenomenon the livestock industry had better be aware of. That's the increasing willingness of the Humane Society, animal shelters and such organizations to intervene in farm cases. I'm talking about the nuts at The Humane Society of the United STates (or whatever their official name is), or PETA.

If they aren't careful, they're going to have the Humane Society regulating their operations. What, you haven't fed that cow extra grain today? That's a fine. That horse has 12 flies on it, that's abuse. We're going to have to confiscate all your animals. In fact, when we count up the fines, we're also going to be getting your whole farm.

I suppose I'm being paranoid, but I find this trend troubling.
