I was interviewed during the Clinton years by the FBI and ATF. If they had something on you, it would not in all likelihood be a "request".

Thanks, I spoke with the agent at some length and my gut instinct says not to worry....(BEARLY!)
I will take an attorney or at the very least consult with one before I go, if I go. They did say they couldn't force me to talk to them.
Like I told the agent:
"Hey, an innocent man has a lot to worry about these days."

I was interviewed during the Clinton years by the FBI and ATF. You followed procedure and lined your pick-up bed with "astro turf", conveyed an intrest in blonde, vocal ladies with fat ankles, and toted a profound sniff didn't you?

I just received a letter from the US Attorney in Reno, NV. I am apparently being investigated for "Interstate communication of threats". The FBI forwarded a report to them. I never did consent to an interview with the FBI back in March.
The US Attorney's letter said that if I or my attorney have anything to say that might affect their decision on whether or not to go to a Grand Jury to contact them by June 30th.
Any thoughts?
