We've got that where we live now. It's actually an acid-based stain that etches itself into the concrete so it's not as likely to flake off. The color we have looks like leather. I really like it, but the sealer that was recommended scratched off real easy, so we put polyurethane over that and it still scratches. I'm sure it's something we did, coz my FIL put it down and he's not the most careful person in the world, but he works for free so I can't complain. I'm sure there's something better, but we were tired of fooling with it and wanted to move in. I just put those Teflon sliders or a piece of carpet under all the furniture and that took care of it. If you look at my "about page" at the picture of the cat jumping after a toy, you can see a small strip of it between the rug and the entertainment center. You can't tell much about it, but it'll give you an idea. The stuff costs $50 a gallon and 1 gallon will cover 400sf.
I like the looks of the color of your floor. The one I saw, the guy had it painted like it was blocks of marble. How he managed to get all his lines so straight is beyeond me:), but it was very pretty.
