Hard to imagine she could be wrong about that.

Do you wonder about fescue? I know you intentionally took her off of it, but is there any other opinion out there about when is the right time?

I guess there's actually lots of things that could have been wrong, something that wasn't right with the foal for whatever reason.

I wonder if there's any way to know now.

I had her checked when she lost that last one, and the vet, the one that I like so well that died, said she had no problems, that it was probably something wrong with the foal. This vet when she palpated her said the same thing. Nothing they can feel or see, seems wrong with the mare.

Everything I've read, and been told is the last 3 months get them off fescue. And I'm not even sure if there is any down there anyway. I was just been sure, and I moved her closer to 4 months from down there, just to be safe.
