I guess Bay and Cyn are back to normal then. I was wondering the other day what the riders response should be if two horses wanted to "play" while riding.

The rider's response should be 'absolutely not', in the clearest language possible. Seriously, horse under saddle shouldn't be allowed to so much as sniff each other. If you meet other riders on trail, don't let them. Their first response after sniffing is often to strike, especially if they feel somewhat 'restricted' by close quarters or a rider. Having a horse take all the hide off another's shin with a front foot is enough to ruin your day.

I kept extra distance with my stallion, both because he might get intentions, and because those intentions would be resented by the other horses.
