We're gonna have to build our place from scratch... turn-key has a lot of markup in it, unfortunately. Plus I am sure the layout would be all wrong... I've got the design in my head :~D
But we already got a name picked out, and the internet domain name purchased. Hard part's done! All we need now is the capital and the right piece of land.
