My question is what happens if he DOES NOT ACT? What are you willing to do at that point? People called for the impeachment of judges Greer and Whittemore because they ruled the way they ruled. Others have called for the impeachment of the judges in California and in Massachusetts who ruled in favor of gay marriages. Fine I don't agree with those issues either.
Since you are claiming to be the better legal scholar, I'll put it to you, exactly what law, or court ruling would you have the President enforce? Terri's right to Due Process? That was ruled upon twice now (I've read both rulings twice). Granted, the results were not what I nor hundreds and thousands of others would have liked. So if the President signs an Executive Order, what would he enforce? What law?
