No, I'm saying that the POTUS [Bush, Clinton, any POTUS] has defined powers. I'm asking you to show us that an executive order in this situation is lawful. His executive order has to be lawful-- Bush is a president, after all, and not omnipotent. People are so emotional that they forget this.

Bush is a president, after all, and not omnipotent If the court has the right to twist our law and let her die, than the president can defend life as well. Presidents have flaunted our laws for evil, why not use his power for good?
