Sending in federal marshalls would violate no law, especially given the fact that Judge Greer flagrantly snubbed a House subpoena.
Doing nothing to protect Terri now - while Congress haggles for hours on end - is wrong.
No, two wrongs do not make a right. That is not my point.
What Atty. Gen. Reno did was wrong because it was cruel and child abuse.
In this case no one will be harmed by sending in federal marshals.
Too many people have the mistaken idea that judges are gods who can do no wrong and whatever they say is the law. Some act like the executive and legislative branches must bow to judges. That is ludicrous. The other two branches are supposed to counter-balance the judiciary when it gets out of control.
This judge broke the law and therefore, Congress and the President have the right to act.
I just noticed an insane poll on MSNBC asking people if they think Terri's tube should be reinserted. So far most are saying it should not (assuming MSNBC isn't fudging the results, that is).
If you want to vote, here it is: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3080261/
I wonder why I don't trust their poll? Ummmm....
Time to send federal marshalls to protect Terri!
