May my heart be ever ready, may my faith be securely in the One Who died for me. I also entrust to Him all those I hold dear to my heart that He will ensure their safety and their right standing before Him.
From memory I say:
He that dwells in the secret place of the most high will abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge, and my fortress, my God, in Him will I trust. Surely he will deliver me from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence. He will cover me with His feathers and under His wings I will take refuge.
His truth shall be my shield and buckler. I will not be afraid of the terror by night nor by the arrow that flies by day nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.
A thousand may fall at my side and ten thousand at my right hand, but it shall not come near me. Only with my eyes shall I look and see the reward of the wicked.
Because you have made Yahweh, Who is my refuge, even the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall befall you nor shall any plague come near your dwelling. For He shall give His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways. In their hands they shall bear you up lest you dash your foot against a stone. You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra. The young lion and the serpent you shall trample under foot.
Because He has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him. I will set him on high because he has known My Name.
HE WILL CALL UPON ME AND I WILL ANSWER HIM.
I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.

You can pray now, wherever you are. God is listening. Tell Him in your own words that you are sorry for your sins and that you want to receive Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord. “God, I know I have sinned. I believe Your Son, Jesus Christ, died to take the punishment for my sin. I believe Jesus came back to life from death and has the power to forgive my sin and change my life. Forgive me. Come into my life and change me. I want to live for You and follow Your plan for my life. I believe You have forgiven me, and I thank You for hearing my prayer, in Jesus’ name.”
God has forgiven you if you prayed this prayer and meant it from your heart. God knew before you were born that you would receive His Son as your Savior. Now you can begin the life He has planned for you! Step by step God will lead you to what He has chosen for you. He will show you the way to live and will teach you each day as you grow spiritually and become the person He planned for you to be.
