Me, too, but I want to stir up (or at least embarass) the parents, if they're within earshot :-).
These were children who were literally running up and down the aisles of a Super-Walmart. Not a parent in sight. I caught the biggest one by the arm the third time he ran by me and asked him in my sternest Mom voice: "Where is your mother?"
It turns out she was over in the grocery section while these boys were tearing around in the toy aisles. I offered to escort them if they couldn't nicely walk back to Mom. The walked nice and kept glancing back at me until they couldn't see me. Sheesh!
