LOL!
NiMH just came back inside.
He doesn't like cold, and was huddled into my lap for a bit before declaring with a self assured yip that he was heading off for crunchies.
Cat seems to think he has ot announce stuff with small yips and mewls.
Robert Heinlein described a cat like this in "The Door Into Summer."
His cat was looking for that door during a New England Winter!
Hope you've had a great weekend!
Hi Everyone! Happy Sunday. :-)
Winston and I survived our trip home.
Thanks for reminding me, Amy.
Missed ya! Hope you're doing great as usual. :-)
Glad you and Winston are doing OK.
It's good to see you too. :-)
Good evening, NnB
We've missed you this weekend .... did you go away for the Palm Sunday weekend?
Hope you had a wonderful weekend.
Did you have a good trip coming back home?
No. No big trip away from home.
But a whole lot of little ones! It's been a busy weekend.
Hey, is it time for my last year's Spring poem yet? I've got it ready. (Unless you want to save it for another day.)
If you want a REAL laugh, read this:
A guy approaches the window of the movie theatre with a chicken under his arm, and asks for 2 tickets. The girl at the counter wants to know who is going in with him.
He replies, "Well, my pet chicken, of course!"
The girl tells him that he CAN'T take a chicken into the theater, so he goes around the corner, stuffs the chicken into his trousers, and returns. He buys his ticket and goes in. Inside the theatre, the chicken starts to get hot and begins to squirm, so the man unzips his fly so the chicken can stick its head out and get some air and watch the movie.
Sitting next to him is Agnes. She elbows Myrtle and whispers, "Myrtle, this man over here has just unzipped his pants!"
Myrtle whispers back, "Oh, don't worry about it.....you've seen one, you've seen them all."
Agnes says, "I KNOW......but this one's eating my POPCORN!"
It was pretty uneventful, which was good. LOL!
Oh - Classes do start back up tomorrow.
Hey ...... I have some new graphics ..... are you ready for them?
I may even have one that will fit your last year's spring poem. :)
Send the graphics, and I'll hold off and let you post the Spring poem later. The weather has moderated here, but it doesn't quite feel like Spring yet!
LOL
OMG .... Yep, that did give me a REEL Laugh.
Thanks, Marguerite.
Thanks, Amy. Happy Smile Rejuvenation Day to you too. :-)
