It should be noted that Matt Stone and Trey Parker politically identify themselves as libertarians, with hostility towards liberalism, but not exactly a keen support of republicans.
Both of them voted for Bush in 2000, and 2004 (admittedly begrudgingly).

And as you have stated they twice voted for Bush
