All of the sales taxes are avoidable. The elimination of the franchise tax in exchange for a payroll tax is supposed to be a wash for most businesses.
I would prefer to see the state reduce all taxes and cut spending, but I want property taxes cut, period. I'll take this and continue to fight for the rest.
