I don't believe I said that they were mutually exlusive. One more time for the cheap seats, a true conservative would look at ways to cut spending, rather than shift the tax burden.

I see you're more interested in the property tax carrot they are hanging out in front of you rather than the big picture.

No. I'm interested in BOTH and this is half the equation. You started a thread about something you knew nothing about, and seem upset when facts are pointed out to you. Property taxes are driving people out of their homes and this bill is PART of the solution.
