Hi, Wolfstar :)

Speaking of superstars, I think we may have witnessed the beginnings of one last night on AI. I don't know what got into Bo these last few weeks, but he has far, far surpassed Carrie and Vonzell.

Wasn't that something!? Bo broke away from the pack last night--and it just might be enough to guarantee that he'll be the next American Idol. At this point, I don't care who wins, really, just as long as it's either Carrie or Bo, but between them I think the vote will be close.

Vonzell must leave tonight!

Hi, jonny. I just got home and wanted to check on the thread. I can't imagine anyone but Vonzell going tonight. As we've discussed, she's pretty, has some charm and charisma about her, but her vocals are erratic at best. In today's world, technology in the studio could cover a lot of her weaknesses. But this is a singing contest and she's just not in the same league with Bo and Carrie.

And I agree with you. As long as one of them wins it, I'll be happy. I'll follow both of their careers, anyway, no matter which one gets the title.

Josh Gracin is living proof that with real talent, hard work and smart management, there is life after AI, even if you finish 4th. Did you happen to notice that he was nominated for a CMA award for best new artist last night? He didn't win, but he was up against some very stiff competition. A nomination in that group is a win in itself.
