A "Bo vs Carrie" Idol will be good. Both have the talent...Carrie's voice vs Bo's stage savy.
The votes would be close it that match-up.
But a Bo vs Vonzell would be, as Simon says, BORING!
A cute, over-singing, sometimes-flat but nice smile chick going toe to Bo with a real pro.
Bo wins by 60 - 70% easy.
I think the producers want the Bo/Carrie match for the same reasons.
I've tried multiple times on multiple phones--haven't broken through yet.
