Some of us live for the frothing rants, though. It's all a matter of taste. Some people like the PC type hosts or the ones that tow party lines because they've been so accustomed to that by society. They begin to feel uncomfortable with Savage when he goes off about something.

I, personally, listen to Savage only because I feel he's the only one on talk radio that says what he feels and tells it like it is.

It's all dependent on what you like. I enjoy the fast pace, the rants and the topics he covers. And, believe me, I'm the only one in all of Ireland who listens to him, probably.

I love Savage. I discovered him after having gotten my XM radio as a gift. Living in Iowa, I NEVER would have heard him without XM.

I'm highly disappointed that he chose to make a statement by taking himself off of XM. So what if he prefers terrestrial radio? It's an EXTREMELY poor business decision to think that this technology will go away. I wonder how many other XM radio listeners he picked up that normally wouldn't have heard him?

I am fine with listening to Michael Reagan or even Bruce Williams (ASK) or Larry Elder.
