Well, just got a call from Tampa and they heard it too. We don't have earthquakes, so I'm assuming some major sonic boom.

I live on Davis island in Tampa and i felt it too! it felt like an earthquake, it shook my house so bad i ran outside to see WTF happened. Very Wierd. My dogs are still barking.

We are across the Bay in Tampa and something sort of shook our front door. Might well have been a sonic boom. The air force and navy both do a lot of drug interdiction flights out over the Gulf and it's not uncommon for them to get a bit too close to land or for the weather conditions to be just right and have it heard up and down the coast.
