His movies are the rare occasion that I'll go out of my way to see a movie.

He is the best actor and can play any part from a wimp to a bad guy to a tough guy.

Well, is there nudity or homosexuality in it? If not then I'll probably see it.

Saw him on "Linda Vester Show" on Fox and he looked drunk. He was so slow and out of it, it was funny. But I'll go see his movie even though I don't see HollyWeird stuff much these days. I'm stone bored by their "product".

I've always like his films. He is very supportive of American service persons, made two or three trips to Iraq. Good enough reason to go pay full price to see his latest.

Don't know about Hostage (it looks a little too Deja Vu for me), but Bruce Willis is actually a very fine actor capable of taking on an array or diverse styles in very challenging movies.

He can do pumped-up, hyperkinetic action (Die Hard-- yipee-kai-ay Motherf***er!). He can do goofy comedy (Moonlighting was classic). He can do serious, intelligent, visionary films (Terry Gilliam's stunning sci-fi 12 Monkeys), chilling suspense (the Sixth Sense), and obscure indies (remember In Country?). And when he played Butch, the boxer with the fixation on his father's gold watch in Pulp Fiction, he took part in the greatest movie of the 1990's. Never even nominated for an Oscar, Bruce deserves to win the honor one of these days.

Still...Hostage just doesn't look that appealing to me. I think I'll try to catch the Jacket before it leaves theaters. Based on the recent Box Office receipts, that shouldn't be long.
