"Oh yes. Me. My addy is sending out viagra!!!!! notices, home loans, you name it, "I'm" sending it."
Your computer has a trojan and has been turned into a "zombie". That sounds like I'm joking but that's it.
If you don't have anti-virus protection, get it. I prefer AVG. If you do have an anti-virus program, update it and run a scan. It should find the problem.
The majority of spam messages on the internet come from computers like yours. Without your knowledge it is sending out thousands of spam emails. When you consider that there's literally hundreds of thousands of computers out there that also are doing the same thing, you realize what a problem spam is.
Run your anti-virus, get Ad-Aware and run it, then get a firewall like ZoneAlarm or Sygate, and you should be fine.

Spybot S&D is also good at picking up what Ad-Aware misses. Also good to run online AV scan like:
housecall.antivirus.com free online AV and spyware scan &
www3.ca.com AV & spyware scan. Symantec and McAfee also have free online AV and vulnerability scans.

I have most of the stuff you mentioned....and I update REGULARLY.
Maybe I'll start it in Safe Mode and do the scans that way. Norton hasn't caught anything, Spybot hasn't...nor Adaware.
Got any other ideas? I'm serious...
