Actually, you can't argue with the donkey owners logic. If I were to rear end someone, it would be my fault. Sounds like the motorcyclist was inattentive.

That looks like a police motorcycle. Dis some police officer let Bozo the Kennedy Clone take his wheels out for a spin?

"Pacho's owner, Nelson Gonzalez, said no one should pin the blame on the donkey for Sunday's crash."
Sounds like a new party game. Pin the blame on the donkey...

Good one martin - A motorcycle story about one ass and a picture of another.

And, what we all want to know-- was speed a factor?
Seriously, I can't imagine a motorcycle crashing into a donkey would be good for the donkey. I'm surprised the cyclist had serious injuries, but none are mentioned for the donkey (aka, the "other vehicle").
To: martin_fierro
Donkeying under the influence, I bet.
To: martin_fierro
I bet the donkey was drunk. Just wait and see.

I was just shaking my head in amazement for impounding the donkey as a "vehicle".
Seems to me, one of my vocabulary words about 50 years ago was "vehicle" and I never got to the part about the donkeys.

You sure can't!
Sounds like the time my grandma's ass was taken to court by the British in the 1920's! Seems the j@cka$$ didn't have proper papers to walk on his own from the farm to the market, which happened to be on the other side of the new Northern Ireland border.
The story in the paper is/was hysterical. They had to make a special pass for the donkey.

Pancho, speaking through an interpreter, took a page out of O.J. Simpson's book, vowing not to rest "until he finds the real donkey". Meanwhile, Pacho's laywer, Mark Geragos, has promised to mount a vigorous defense on behalf of his client.

Pancho has requested a visit from Sister Sara.
