I would say Dallas/Fort Worth, Atlanta, The LSU campus in Baton Rouge ( if you haven't been you neeed to go ), and Nashville from my travels.

I would tank most American cities ahead of any other country. You may have the occasional babe across the big water, but per capita U.S. rules.

Except Seattle. Never seen such a homely population of college chicks than at the University of Washington.

That's always been my impression, too, but admittedly, I haven't traveled abroad all that much. I have heard some wonderful stories about some South American cities, though...MUD
