I did have a little bit of fun today. Something good finally happened.
Hired somebody new. This isn't even a replacement for somebody else, its a whole new position we created for a "Server Admin". Got a reasonably high end dude to do nuts and bolts Exchange/File/SAN/backup stuff and hopefully keep one the managers' heads from exploding from always having too much on his plate.
I'm pretty happy about that. So... that's sumpthin.

The patient was taken to the emergency room, where doctors identified the problem as a bloodsucking leech. They had trouble pulling it out because the 5cm-long invertebrate retracted into the nostril and disappeared, the journal said.
