This post reminds me of my dad, he was a great dog fancier even though we never had one. He would have known all these stats, even before the internet! He had a second job for quite a while logging registrations (or somesuch) for the AKC.
What are the dogs the Queen has? Our landlord had one and it seemed like a good dog, she (he?) got rather fat rather fast though.
