I hope it wasn't my fault -- I just read a great book on the body's hormones and when I saw your post, I wrote that you should take a look at it; it has a couple of chapters about how fibromyalgia exists and how to combat it with diet, etc.

I thought we could post book recommendations here. I know I have written down books that other freepers have recommended. Now I am afraid to write the name of the book.
