For 2 years, I have been using Quickbooks (Intuit) online backup service to backup financial data for 3 separate business accounts. Today I called for tech support and learned that the tech support staff for this service is outsourced overseas. Yes, you can call me paranoid, but I find this unacceptable. I cancelled the service.

As someone who used to work for that company, I can say this much: NO SURPRISE.

YOU BETTER GET A NEW BACK UP SYSTEM IN PLACE RIGHT AWAY!
That is my strong advice. Sorry for yelling, but I'm series.

There is a recent and well written review of various online backup services at:
Network Computing: Online Backup Services I've since switched to running my own, custom designed, developed and coded, backup program (I've been closely involved in such technology for 25 years, so can do that). But for a while I used some of these online services for backup, and recommend giving such serious consideration.
