I think this girl sad, just sad. But I wonder what kind of parents and home she has. This is not normal behavior for a girl of that age, or any age. Something is wrong but I wouldn't brand her a slut myself.
These kids are acting out what was taught to them as perfectly acceptable and normal in public school.
