I got thru to his show today. He put me to the front of the call line because i think he wanted to discuss FR and his comments of yesterday. He got to know Connie and I think he felt the she and he were personally trashed. I didn't follow the Connie saga so I don't know much on that.
My opinion on this....
Sean will continue to bring up Free Republic on his show and talk about his Message Board.
You can't just read his message board. You have to sign up for it. Soooo he get's enough Freepers to sign up just to see what's being said there.... and then he can say he has the "largest" membership of any radio show message board. All culled from pissed off Freepers who want to see what's being said there. I signed up. I'll never post there. But I'm chalked up as another member.
Who says he's stupid.
I got into it with her one night during the primaries and almost wound up getting banned myself. She had the talent for bringing out the worst in people, for sure. Obviously she is doing the same with Sean.
I am not going to trash Sean. His radio show is on at an inconvenient time here and I rarely listen to it. I had already switched to HGTV in the evenings because I was sick of the Fox line-up after Brit's show.
I think that radio hosts are easily influenced by personal contacts. Rush has also made some comments that lead me to believe he relies too much on some of his "friends."
Sean is entitled to his opinion. I am entitled to mine. I wasn't in his audience, anyway, so I am sure my opinion doesn't count as far as he is concerned. And his opinion means nothing to me.
