Well, accidents do happen. We've got friendly fire still in Iraq. Their service still counts, tons.
I've got an internet copy of two letters my granddad wrote to then General Washington. I downloaded it from the Archives...I tried to find it again the other day, but I can't remember where it was....I downloaded it must have been a year ago. Very cool. He was advising General Washington on some issues, one pertaining to the military's pay, and another concerning his suspicions concerning another general.....interesting read and form.
True. And it is too tragic when that happens. On the drizzly side though I think "friendly fire" would also apply. LOL oops, ROTFL
