To: Cold Heat

Okay, I tried that; delted them from Device Manager and went right to Add New Hardware.

It found both of them right off, then up comes the bubble next to the clock, saying "A problem occurred during installation; your device might not work properly."

It's got to be the drives or the cables.

When you double click the flagged device, a screen pops up. Is that where it says it may not work? That screen sometimes will also show conflict information too. And info on the driver if you click the tab. This is stuff you need to look at, if you have not as of yet.

But it sure sounds like a connection problem.
