Yeah, I know tarantulas are supposedly harmless, but some things just don't look right and I don't wnat them around. Walking Sticks are a trip. I wonder how often we miss them completely. I took this a cou[le of years ago.

I've got a picture alot like that. I have one of a tarantula too from last year in my garden, but I can't get my husbands computer to hook up. I was going to post that picture. I'm on our web TV now.

LOL! Funny-looking things, aren't they?

They get pretty good sized here. Probably 6 to 8 inches long.

Loads of Preying (?Praying?) Mantis, too. The girls like to find a big Mantis and wave their finger in it's face until it starts 'boxing' with them.

Still haven't got a good hummer pic yet. Hubby's hogging the camera, but he's off this weekend, so I'll try then.
