It's strange, I never noticed those bright little birds before.

My husband makes fun of me and the birds, relentlessly. It was really funny when the Gold Finches started coming. He said, wow is that some kind of parakeet? He couldn't believe the changing of colors. Now every once in a while, he says, come here, Look! what bird is that? LOL. He still makes fun of me though, but that's his job :)

My husband enjoyed watching the hummers last summer.

I can't ever tell if they are playing or fighting the way they dive bomb each other. But he liked watching them do that.
