I've given up thwarting squirrels. Partly because they ultimately circumvent my efforts and because everytime I drive down the road I see yet another one flattened(probably an SUV ). So I calculate that they have a tough enough time as it is, why should I deny them a morsel or two of vittles?

I've become such a softie anymore.

I pretty much gave up too trying to keep them out of the feeders. Hey their entitled too:)
