Is offering people skins to existing software - given one had to hack the software to do it - illegal. If I read "Gone with the Wind" and offered you some pages to intersperse within the story - for whatever purpose - is that now be illegal. I'm not sure I like some aspects of "the millenium act".

Wonder what's up with Tecmo. In case they haven't noticed, some of the best selling games are ones that are designed to be easily modded (Halflife, Unreal Tournament, etc.).

What's the big deal? They aren't losing money on their games.
Microsoft allows 3rd party vendors to create aircraft and scenes that combine with FltSim. I don't see the harm in it...

When are people going to get their heads out of their behinds and learn to stop buying stuff from the antagonistic RIAA and MPAA and various software companies, etc?
Can you imagine your being sued by Ford or Mopar for customizing your car?
