I don't do lobster more than once or twice a yeaar, but I spent summers in Maine when i was a kid, so I developed expensive tastes early.

Fresh from the ocean -- they scream and jump (and taste much better).

The ones from the tank in the Supermarket just think of it like a jacuzzi (shades of the Homer Simpson reference earlier!).

You are right... the one's from the store DON'T taste as good as the freshly caught.

However, being hundreds of miles from an ocean, I get what I can!
