As for Richard C. Hoagland, well, there is currently no kook list, ;-) though, if it is relevent to space in general, I'm sure KevinDavis might ping a thread involving him. After all, SOME people do take him seriously. Which is a scary thought (listen to the next time Richard C. Hoagland is on Coast to Coast with Georgy Noory/Art Bell).
