Good afternoon Amy! Happy Ash Wednesday- or is that a contradiction in terms? OK- so who had pancakes for Shrove Tuesday? Every church in town was making pancakes so I stuffed myself (and the South Beach Diet, at least for one night)...mmm, warm applesauce, syrup and whipped cream, too.
