That's pretty much it. He doesn't believe he has the authority to order a re-vote, but is moving forward with the complaint - so if the Republicans prove their case (and they will), another remedy will be sought, I think. That remedy might be a governor's race in the next election, where anyone can run. We will know more next time they go to court, I guess...not sure what the next date is.
