This is probably going to sound really dumb but you know where I first learned about TPA? On an episode of ER. I realize TV show medicine isn't very real but they presented the facts about TPA pretty clearly.

Doesn't sound dumb at all. I've heard ER was a very good show. I've never watched it (I work nights, so I never see prime time tv). I read about TPA a few years ago in a magazine, but I don't recall which one. Reader's Digest maybe.
